I tried using it on my dog and it's soft and nice.
The item arrived defective or I'm not sure if it's just the quality. The teeth bend when you open and close the brush, remaining bent.

It doesn't brush well; it didn't work well on my 4-month-old Golden Retriever. There's a bath time that brushes much better.
